PULS3 · private beta · last updated 17 October 2026
PULS3 is a private, invite-only beta run by FIRST3. It keeps a record of live music: artists, tours, shows and the photographers, videographers and directors who work them. This page says what we keep about you, why, and what you can ask us to change.
What we collect
- Your account: your email address and name, and a one-way hash of your password if you set one (we never see the password itself).
- Google sign-in, if you use it: your Google account's basic profile, which is your email address, whether Google has verified it, your name and Google's ID for your account. We don't get your Google password, contacts, files or anything else.
- Public information about artists and creatives: public Instagram posts and profiles, public YouTube videos and channels, and public tour and show listings. This includes your public work if you are a creative on PULS3.
- What you add: profile details you edit, artist requests and feedback you send, and the Local Spots lists you make.
- Usage logs: when you sign in, the pages and actions you use, and technical logs (such as IP address and browser) kept by our hosting provider to run and secure the service.
Why
To sign you in, show you your own profile and work, connect creatives with the artists and tours they shot, keep the record accurate, and keep the service secure.
Who sees what
- Your email address and sign-in details are seen only by you and the PULS3 owner.
- Your profile and the work linked to it are visible to other signed-in members of the beta.
- Local Spots lists you share are visible to other members.
- We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for advertising.
- Service providers that run PULS3 for us (hosting and storage) process it only to provide the service.
Cookies
We use one sign-in cookie to keep you signed in, plus a short-lived cookie while a Google sign-in is in progress. No advertising or tracking cookies.
Correcting or deleting your information
Email contact@first3.co and we will correct or delete your account information, or remove your profile from PULS3. You can also change your profile details and your password yourself once signed in.
